We are seeking BCBAs for consultation, assessments, and intervention in home, office, or virtually, as an independent contractor across the GTA.

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments and supervising the implementation of applied behavior analysis programs. This BCBA will have a proven record of working as a team leader. The successful candidate will be in good standing with the BACB and be an approved Clinical Supervisor under the OAP guideline Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conducting both functional and behavioral assessments
  • Collecting and graphing data
  • Providing hands on therapy in a variety of settings
  • Provide ideas and input for new programming and initiatives
  • Working collaboratively on our growing inter-professional team by taking part in the development and implementation of individual behavior plan.
  • Take on a training/mentoring role to new therapists
  • Preparation and development of programs and materials
  • Participation in meetings
  • Demonstrates superior customer service through professionalism, courtesy, consistent and timely follow- up, and positive communication

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Certified BCBA or BCBA-D
  • 1-2 years of experience working as a BCBA supervisor
  • Practical experience with direct interaction and ABA play therapy with children diagnosed with Autism.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent collaborative attitude and willingness to mentor new staff members
  • Recent Police Check/Vulnerable Sector Screening (not older than 6 months)

We are seeking Instructor Therapists, or Registered Behaviour Therapist to provide intervention in home. 

The candidate will be responsible for implementation of applied behaviour analysis programs directed by the supervising BCBA. This candidate will work under OAP guideline Key Responsibilities and Duties which include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assisting in activities related to the child/youth’s initial assessment and the development of the Behaviour Plan.
  • Delivering ongoing assessments and evidence based services directly to the child/youth and/or family/caregiver. Services can be delivered in a variety of formats (e.g. group, individual, self-directed).
  • Delivering evidence based behavioural services and training to build the family’s capacity to maintain and/or extend skills in the child/youth’s natural environments (e.g., family/caregiver educational workshops, parent training to generalize and maintain the child/youth’s skills, parent/caregiver mediated intervention) as appropriate.
  • Collecting data to monitor progress.
  • Discussing progress with the family, the Clinical Supervisor, and other professionals involved with the child/youth as necessary.
  • Attending meetings relevant to service planning, including Family Team meetings, meetings about the Family Service Plan, and community meetings.
  • Assisting in activities related to the child/youth’s transition planning.
  • Provide ideas and input for new programming and initiatives
  • Working collaboratively on our growing inter-professional team by taking part in the development and implementation of individual behaviour plan.

  • Diploma as a  RBT, IT or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience working with ABA experience, minimum
  • Practical experience with direct interaction and ABA play therapy with children and or adults diagnosed with Autism and or intellectual disabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent time and caseload management 
  • Excellent collaborative attitude and willingness to mentor new staff members
  • Recent Police Check/Vulnerable Sector Screening (not older than 6 months)

The candidate needs to have flexible schedule as evenings and weekend work is required.

CDA certificate is mandatory, or SLPA experience. New grads are welcome.

Minimum 6 months experience required.

CDA responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Working with children, and adults who may have special needs

  • Facilitate parent/caregiver training/education
  • Proper documentation
  • Stay in contact with SLP
  • Travel for in-home therapy

We are looking to hire several Speech language Pathologists (SLPs) as independent contractors to conduct therapy, assessments, and supervision virtually, and in each of our office locations (Scarborough and Etobicoke).

Two (2) years minimum clinical experience required. However, we also welcome new grads.


Key Clinical Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, and related communication needs using appropriate standardized and informal assessment tools.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families, updating goals and strategies as clinically indicated.
  • Provide direct therapy services (primarily 1:1, with potential for small groups) in-home, in-clinic, community-based, and/or virtual formats, depending on contract and client needs.
  • Offer caregiver training, education, and consultation to support carryover of communication strategies and AAC use across daily environments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners (e.g., OTs, BCBAs, educators, physicians) to align goals, share recommendations, and support integrated care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation (assessments, treatment notes, reports, discharge summaries) that meets CASLPO and clinic standards.

Supervision and Leadership (Contractor)

  • Provide clinical supervision to designated support personnel and/or student clinicians (e.g., CDAs/SLPAs ) in accordance with CASLPO and clinic supervision policies.
  • Review, co-sign, and provide feedback on documentation completed by supervisees, ensuring it meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory expectations.
  • Model evidence-based assessment and intervention practices, offering observation, in-session coaching, and structured feedback to support supervisee skill development within the contracted scope.
  • Develop and monitor delegated treatment plans for services delivered by support personnel, ensuring tasks remain within their defined role boundaries and competence.

Contractor Expectations

  • Work independently to manage schedule, session preparation, and travel within agreed-upon service areas, while coordinating with the clinic for referrals and client onboarding.
  • Maintain required professional registrations, liability insurance, police/vulnerable sector screening, and any other credentials needed to provide services in Ontario.
  • Adhere to all CASLPO standards, privacy and consent requirements, and clinic policies related to documentation, communication, and professional conduct.

Qualifications Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited Speech and Language Masters Program
  • Current OAP provider
  • A member of CASLPO in good standing
  • Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are a MUST
